About Our Firm
Watermark Construction Group is a full service Construction Management & General Contracting construction firm serving the NYC metropolitan marketplace since 2007. Watermark CG provides construction services to clients in a wide range of market sectors including multifamily/residential, office interiors, retail spaces, commercial & industrial properties, specialty healthcare facilities, academic and cultural institutions.
Watermark CG’s Partners have been working together for over 25 years, starting their construction careers as Union Trade drywall contractors. Today, in additional to providing the full complement of CM/GC construction services, the firm continues to provide and self-perform on single trade specialty services for drywall, carpentry and millwork, cement and steel.
The craftsmanship performed at each of Watermark CG’s projects by our team of construction professionals is impressive. All of our daily project activities are overseen by our firm Partners. Our clients receive the day to day attentions and project input important to promote the ongoing understanding of their project details, allowing our for construction activities to proceed smoothly and productively.
